Use this #ShutUpMoney formula to practice and make live calls! This formula will help you:


  • Disqualify and fire unmotivated sellers in 3 minutes or less.

  • Make irresistible offers to motivated sellers.

  • Build a huge "B" Hive of follow-up-worthy leads.


Setting Up for Success


  • When calling leads, use the #ShutUpMoney formula along with the Flash Cards.

  • Talk with conviction and confidence.

  • Record all of your calls using Vocaroo.com.

  • Consistency is key: practice, practice, practice with daily training sessions and calling times.

Find Motivated Sellers. Everyone you speak to will fall into one of three categories. Organize them in your CRM (e.g., Trello.com) as follows:


  • A Lead: Make an offer and close today.

  • B Lead: Build a massive "B" Hive for future follow-ups.

  • C Lead: Never speak to again! Delete from your list.
